The total cell voltage is split up into the Entry to Bath Voltage, the Bath Voltage and the Bottom to Exit Voltage. On the Busbars Page you define the items of the Entry to Bath and Bottom to Exit Voltages (see Busbars Diagrams).
|
Busbars Page. On the Busbars page you define the number of Entry to Bath and Bottom to Exit Voltage items, their names and their values. You decide also to add the voltage items to the internal or external part of the cell voltage. |
It is more practical and instructive to look simultaneously at the Busbar Page and the Busbars Diagrams. In the next figure shows the AlPrg main window with the docked Busbars Diagrams window.

You add or remove a voltage item by clicking on the corresponding plus or minus bottom. You enter
a name and a value for each item in the corresponding input field. Click on the External/Internal Button to add or
remove the voltage item to the internal or external part of the cell voltage.
The next figure shows a busbars layout where an item was added to the Entry to Bath and Bottom to Exit Voltages
(see
Busbars Diagrams).
The voltages items were divided and one item was added to the external and the other to internal cell voltage.
|
Busbars Items. Compared to the last figure above two busbars item have been were added and their values splitted. |
If you activated the Actual Current Intensity input field AlPrg calculates the corresponding values of the busbars voltages. In this case input is not possible e.g. you can change the number, names and values of the busbar items only if Reference Current Intensity is selected.
|
Actual Current Intensity. If you have selected Actual Current Intensity AlPrg blocks the input of busbars parameters. |
