The Busbars Diagrams shows in a histogram like representation of the components of the Entry to Bath and Bottom to Exit busbars (see Busbars Page). You see the values and the names of the components. The Internal Cell Voltage Rectangle includes those voltage components that contribute to the Internal Cell Voltage.

Busbars Diagrams. The diagrams contains the values and names of the busbars voltage components. The Internal Cell Voltage Rectangle includes those voltage components that contribute to the Internal Cell Voltage. |
When you move the mouse pointer over the sum of the Entry to Bath Voltages (top left in the next figure) AlPrg shows on the cell schema the Entry to Bath part of the busbar system.
|
Sum Entry to Bath Voltages. When you move the mouse pointer over the Sum of Entry to Bath Voltages AlPrg shows the Entry to Bath Busbars on the cell schema. |
The same happens when you move the mouse pointer over the Bath Voltage Value. AlPrg shows on the cell schema the voltage between the carbon anode and the cathode metal pad.
|
Bath Voltage. When you move the mouse pointer over the Sum of Entry to Bath Voltages AlPrg shows the Entry to Bath Busbars on the cell schema. |
Finally when you move the mouse pointer over the sum of the Bottom to Exit Voltages AlPrg shows on the cell schema this part of the busbar system.
|
Sum Bottom to Exit Voltages. When you move the mouse pointer over the Sum of Bottom to Exit Voltages AlPrg shows the Bottom to Exit Busbars on the cell schema. |
The next figure shows a layout that is modified corresponding to the busbars layout of the Busbars Page: an Entry to Bath item and a Bottom to Exit item are added but the voltage values are ajusted that the sums of the Entry to Bath and Bottom to Exit Voltage do not change.
|
Modified Busbar Layout. According to the Busbars Page an Entry to Bath item and a Bottom to Exit item are added. The values are distributed in such a way that the sum stay constant. |
